True-ish, true, and true...  and thighs are tastier and less dry... ;)

I'll take off the easy-to-pull-off stuff, usually... depending on what
I'm making (and whether I'm just dumping the frozen chunk from the
package into the pot)...

Most of the cooking took place in the penthouse suite where there was a
reasonably good-sized equipped kitchen... The resultant odors were more
blended, and a lot like the finished layout...

Dunno about that, and as I'm unlikely to be back at that hotel ever, I'm
unlikely to find out, except second- or third-hand...  ;)

As I said...

True...

Yes.  It is.  We have a couple at our church, she's a flutist, he's a
jazz/classical trombonist/composer.  She has her own studio, and also
teaches (I think) at Hochstein; he gets gigs every-so-often, has a few
students (again, I think), and has had a few commissions.  After he got
his doctorate from Eastman (either in trombone performance or
composition or or some combination thereof), for a while he was employed
by their Alumni Relations, but got laid off from that...  And at that,
although they don't feel terribly secure, they are doing better than
many others in similar situations...

Does he think he made an error in judgement...?  Or is he happy enough
where he is...?   Crystal balls are hard to come by, aren't they.  :)
