I've had too many in my life to remember the number. Had quite a few
when we first got to Savannah, until Steve suggested I try adding more B
vitamins to my daily assortment. I've used B-100 (or similar) for the
past almost 6 years and not had any really ones since. A few minor
migraines but nothing like the big ones I had before. I don't get the
aura to warn me of one so I just get slammed when I do get one.

I'm not too fond of cranberries so I'll leave them out. Funny, tho, I do
like craisins, in limited amounts. My mom always made a simple white
bread and celery stuffing, and never enough of it for more than one meal
(and that was skimpy) beyond the initial feast. Of course having 5 kids
all liking the stuffing made it disappear faster. (G)

OTOH, I don't like straight up carrot juice.

Seems like you always have to hunt doen the good things. Looks like I'll
have to on line order my favorite Good Earth tea again, can't find it in
the stores & I'm down to 2 bags.

Not for breakfast, liver first thing in the morning does not sound
appealing.

I passed on the bags to the moms to be yesterday. Found a cartoonish
jungle animal print at JoAnn's that I used for one lining; turns our
it's similar to what is being used in the nursery.
