Don't bet your life on that. Mine was caused from losing a lot of weight and
thus being over-medicated. It can sneak up on you ... even if you are sticking
yourself three or four times per day. Now I just do once in the morning. My
croaker is fine with that BTW.

      Title: Apple-Glazed Pork Roast
 Categories: Five, Pork, Fruits
      Yield: 6 servings

      2 lb Loin of pork
    1/2 c  Apple juice
      1 tb Worcestershire sauce
      1 sm Apple; peeled cored, sliced

  Trim all the visible fat from the roast. Place the meat on
  a rack set into a roasting pan.

  Mix together the apples, apple juice and Worcestershire
  sauce. Pour the apple juice mixture over the meat. Cover.

  Roast in a preheated 350øF/175øC oven for about 70
  minutes. Continue cooking and baste with pan juices for
  about 30 minutes or until glazed and the meat thermometer
  registers "well done for pork".
