It's been ages, but I think this one had a mixture of seafood in it...

For purposes of the dieting, it was that it was so high in sugars and
other carbs... so it couldn't count as a veggie, noway nohow...

I don't usually have issues with cornfed beef or corn in general,
although corn oil often makes problems for me, particularly in
margarines...

When one takes away too much of the natural parts of foods, what's left
doesn't always have all that it needs to digest it right, and many of
the nutrients that that food used to supply aren't there either.

Highly processed corn probably should take the same rap as polished
white rice and refined white flour... when you take away the germ and
the bran, most of the nutritional value goes with them...
