School, church and doctors were my parents' responsibility and choice...
until I became an adult... they've been mine ever since college days...

Sometimes one finds an accent that just feels normal... ;)

I think that one was just a "wing it"... although Richard may have had
the real thing in his past...  Other dishes I've taken from a recipe
that I've changed along the way...  Figuring out Margit's Swedish
Christmas Rye Bread was one of those... she had an idea of what she had
grown up with, we looked at a number of recipes, and took bits from
them, and then I went home and started baking...  After a few years, I
finally produced what she remembered... ended up with some ingredients
in there that she swore shouldn't be... ;)  But passed the recipe to her
boys, should they be interested in baking, or have a wife that was...
