You must have been a kid! BTW, Steve's rice bag heater is filled & sewn
shut (double row of stitching, about 4 pounds of rice), waiting for him
at home. Surgery went well; I'm up with him in his room right now as he
sleeps off the anesthesia.

We now have 3 grabbers but there are some things they won't reach or
won't be good for. Our kitchen cabinets don't go all the way to the
ceiling so we've got things stowed on top of them. We need the step
stool there, for safety as much as any other reason, to get them down.

Hot, it is better than the cold from the fridge or room temperature on
white bread stuff. Add a smear of spicy brown mustard and it's even
better.

I'm working off of my net book right now; I'm used to it and how it does

I've been in bigger kitchens that have gotten that way. (G) Canning, in
the summer, will do it, even with AC. A couple of years ago when we
brought tomatoes and peaches back from PA, we did most of the work on
the side burner to the gas grill to keep the kitchen cooler. As is,
outside temps hit 100 that day.

We don't have the cat; the one we had last, didn't bother with the
paper.

 RH> One yes, but heat makes MS worse.

Double whammy; you can't even take full advantage of your own rice bags.

-> Could be. But the sloppy joes were a big hit at Life Group today. Cooked
-> it stove top yesterday afternoon, then transferred it to the crock pot
-> liner which we put in the church fridge until this morning. Pulled it
-> out, put it in the crock pot to heat until after morning worship. Served
-> it with chips, baby carrots & dip and ice cream & cookies.

 RH> Ice cream.  Cookies.  Sounds good to me!

It was, didn't disappear like the pound cake but still was well
received.
