I don't remember that much about his "before" recipes but some of the
"after" ones looked interesting. We had cable in our temporary housing
at Fort Huachuca and he was on during Steve's lunch hour so we'd watch.
Thought about getting the one cook book but it was too pricy for us at
the time.

 As far as Sandra Lee goes, her

An effort to do what? I've not been impressed with any part of the
couple of shows I've seen of hers.

Very true. And drinking it straight, vinegar tastes really bad but it
does get rid of leg cramps fast.

Gag! Is she serious? A 5 year old could make the same thing in a
microwave oven, heating it for only 2-3 minutes.
