Their customer service, at least from what I've experienced, wasn't as good as
it could be.  However, there is one CVS I went to recently here that the
service was quite good.  The Walgreens near my house can be hit or miss with
customer service; they're notoriously bad in the evenings with all of the
college kids and teens working.

The VA hospital here serves four states (around 110,000 veterans).  On a side
note, there's over 20,000 veterans just in Washington County (my county) alone.
The Johnson City Medical Center is a Level 1 trauma center and it has the
Niswonger Children's Hospital in it.  JCMC is also Tennessee's only "magnet"
hospital and is a multiple award-winning hospital (their stroke center is one
of the best in the US), so that is a huge, huge campus all over town. ETSU also
has its College of Medicine and they have offices all over the region, but
especially here in JC.

We just had a brand-new 100% "green" hospital open up here (replacing two older
hospitals that were partially shut down).  There seems to be a never-ending
need for nurses up here also, but unfortunately, I've not the temperament to be
a nurse.  The medical community is a very large part of the economy here and
with that, the support network for pharmacies, big or small, is quite good.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Focaccia
 Categories: Breads, Herbs, Cheese, Italian
      Yield: 12 servings

  2 3/4 c  All-purpose flour
      1 ts Salt
      1 ts White sugar
      1 tb Active dry yeast
      1 ts Garlic powder
           +=OR=+
      2 tb Chopped garlic
      1 ts Dried oregano
      1 ts Dried thyme
    1/2 ts Dried basil
      1 pn Ground black pepper
      1 tb Oil
      1 c  Water
      2 tb Olive oil
      1 tb Grated Parmesan cheese
      1 c  Mozzarella

  1. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, salt, sugar, yeast,
  garlic powder, oregano, thyme, basil and black pepper. Mix in the
  vegetable oil and water.

  2. When the dough has pulled together, turn it out onto a lightly
  floured surface, and knead until smooth and elastic. Lightly oil a
  large bowl, place the dough in the bowl, and turn to coat with oil.
  Cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm place for 20 minutes.

  3. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Punch dough down;
  place on greased baking sheet. Pat into a 1/2 inch thick rectangle -
  or whatever shape you like. Brush top with olive oil. Sprinkle with
  Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.

  4. Bake in preheated hearth oven or in an oven on a pizza stone for 15
  minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.
