Yes, they really need to get someone good who can work with the. I hope
they don't cut corners to save on costs; it makes things more expensive
in the long run.

My mom has very limited space in her kitchen as well. She did not want
to lose storage space to put in a full size dishwasher at the time. I
can see her point but I'd rather have a dishwasher. She has some storage
space that isn't used as well as it could be but, that's her kitchen,
not mine.

For sure! It's a good house for a young family but not for the elderly
as it is right now. My brother that will most likely get it is single,
only a few years younger than I am so he won't have too much time in the
house without considering how to make it meet his needs as he ages.

The inside one would only if we did our hypothetical remodel job. We've
already discussed with my parents and brother a bit about putting a ramp
outside.

I have planned (left) overs a lot of the time; it's handy with both of
us in school. Meals can be pulled together easily that way if are both
up to our eyeballs in work. (G)  I didn't have as many left overs when
the girls were home tho.
