Good idea. What I have been doing is going to Cost Plus World Market and
purchasing one of the varieties of whole bean coffee they have in 24
ounce bags for $9.99. The one I have now is Italian Roast Coffee. I
think the price is one that would be hard to beat unless a supermarket
does a loss-leader. They have a number of varieties at that price. They
also carry decaf coffee at the same prices.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.04

      Title: Cappuccino Cheesecakes
 Categories:
      Yield: 1 servings

  1 1/4 c  Chocolate wafer crumbs
    1/3 c  Melted butter
      1 pk Cream cheese softened
      1 c  Plain yogurt
    1/4 c  Strong coffee or expresso
      2    Eggs at room temperature
    1/2 c  Sugar
  1 1/2 ts Cornstarch

  Preheat oven to 325. Mix cookie crumbs and butter until combined.
  Spoon 1 1/2 tablespoons of crumb mixture into 12 paper lined muffin
  cups. Press firmly into bottom of each cup

  Filling Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until creamy. Add yogurt
  slowly. Gradually add remaining ingredients. Spoon cream cheese
  mixture even into crusts. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until cheesecakes
  have set. For an elegant presentation drizzle with melted chocolate
  or dust with cocoa powder.
