Well, yeah. But, I do so enjoy getting over on "the Man" that I had to 
comment.

As I said above - they pretty much (before the new broom treasurer got 
elected) paper whipped everything and had their pay cheques direct-
deposited to cut down on their load of paper work.  Bv)=

I got an answer from Jim Weller - you probably have seen my reply to him 
by now. In related news - someone cleaning out an old warehouse found a 
trove of Maytag engine parts for the OLD gasoline powered Maytag 
washers. Struck a deal with the owners and is currently grinning like a 
possum eating persimmons.

When I go the dual Hotpoint wall ovens go with. This current place, if I 
don't fix it up, is destined as grain storage, chicken coop, or landfill 
bait. Hopefully, if I do move I can give it to someone and avoid paying 
the thousand dollar tipping fee that the landfill gets for mobile homes. 
It's all gonna be about the numbers and trading effort and time for 
convenience, I think. Of course, if I hit the lottery .......

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Sauteed Little Farm Potatoes With Fuyu Persimmons
 Categories: Potatoes, Fruit, Wine
      Yield: 5 servings
 
      2 tb Olive oil
      2 tb Butter
      4 cl Garlic; minced
    1/2    Sweet onion; diced
  1 1/2 lb Fingerling potatoes; in 1/2"
           - coins
      2    Fuyu persimmons; skinned, in
           - 1/2" pieces
      1 ts Kosher salt; to taste
    1/4 c  Dry white wine
 
  We used the creamy Ozette fingerling potato for this recipe
  although other fingerlings or Yellow Finns would work. Look
  for persimmons that are round, plump and have smooth, glossy
  skin. They're just coming into season.
  
  Heat oil and butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the
  garlic and onions and cook until soft and fragrant about 3
  minutes.
  
  Add the potatoes and persimmons, season with the salt. Saute
  for a few minutes, stirring to coat pieces in oil, until the
  potatoes start to brown. Reduce the heat to low, add the white
  wine. Cover and cook 20-30 minutes, or until potatoes are done.
  
  Serves 4-6
