The only pizza joint I ever visited in your country (more-or-less) was a Greek
owned place in St. Pie, PQ when I took the Hoosier Tire Crew to San-Air
Speedway for an Indy-car weekend race meeting. I had a gyros - but the boys
ordered a jamon/fromage/champignon pizza (more-or-less) - it was *very* heavy
on the oregano, had slices of tomato rather than tomato sauce and feta
scattered over the top. I was very happy with my gyro.

      Title: Goat Cheese Pizza w/Peppers & Artichokes
 Categories: Pizza, Cheese, Chilies
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      5 oz Fresh goat cheese
      1 tb Milk or cream
      2 sm Pre-baked pizza crusts
           +=OR=+
      1 lg Crust; 14-16 ounces total
      1    Roasted red bell pepper; in
           - small strips
      8    Marinated artichoke heart
           - quarters; drained, halved
    1/2 pt Cherry tomatoes; halved
    1/4 c  Grated Parmesan cheese
           Dried oregano and red chile
           - flakes; garnish
 
  Preheat the oven to 425øF/220øC.
  
  If the goat cheese isn't spreadable, place in a small bowl
  with the milk or cream and mash until you reach spreading
  consistency.
  
  Spread the pizza crusts with the goat cheese as evenly as
  possible. Top with the pepper strips, artichoke hearts and
  tomatoes, the latter cut-side up. Top with the Parmesan
  cheese and bake until the crust is lightly browned and the
  ingredients are heated through, 12-15 minutes.
  
  Serve immediately with the oregano and chile flakes.
  
  Serves 4
