So I made colcannon for tonight's meal using kale instead of
regular cabbage, because Rosemary doesn't like regular (for me,
the preference is totally opposite), and I made it palatable
with 1/3 lb of butter for 6 servings. I'd have used more butter
if I dared, but for reheating for dinner I will use a couple of
strips of bacon instead.

Psychological effect of being denied it for years!

Just remind him to rotate stock. The freezer does not
completely prevent staling and rancidity, just retards it.

Nope, because at performance periods, the daily schedule was
long lazy daytimes; frantic evenings; and food, alcohol, and
drugs, or at least the proximity thereto, afterwards. But
when off, much more what you would consider normal, or rather
"second shift." The only difference between that and jetsetting
is that by chance occasionally I approach a 9 to 5 existence 
nowadays.

But the initial acquaintance with the bags and nozzles
can be made online, say, as well as how to mix frosting
(excessively easy, and I don't know why people fuss so
much about it).

Colcannon
cat: Irish, mine
servings: 6

6 md potatoes
1 1/2 lb kale
1 lg onion
1/4 lb butter
cream, milk, or more butter
s, p

I prefer this dish with ordinary head cabbage, but
Rosemary doesn't like it that way, so I substituted
kale.

Boil potatoes and mash almost completely.

Julienne kale. Chop onion. Saute together in butter.

Combine greens and whites. If the mixture seems dry,
add liquid and/or more butter. Season and serve.
