Acceptable as in letting an umpire or ref know that the call was blown
or similar circumstances.

National, as far as I know. I've seen them in various stores but for
sure in ones like Whole Foods (or other "health food" stores).

Our little bichon frise was on the yappy side but quite friendly
overall. One night I was at my folks and my brother came over--dog kept
growling at him but the lighting was on the dim side. When she saw him
in daylight, she was on good terms with him tho. Nearest pets in our
neighborhood are across the street (dog) and 2 doors up (kittens).
