Sounds like. I don't have the evidence handy at the moment,
but the scarf makes it very likely.

Perhaps, if people aren't bored (and if I can find the pictures
or at least a site that has them - as you can tell, this all is
of vital interest and importance to me).

Hazelnut trout with lemon and parsley brown butter
cat: fish, airline, main
servings: 6

6 trout fillets (10 oz each)
- butterflied, head off, skin on, bones removed
1 c unseasoned breadcrumbs
1 c + 1 Tb hazelnuts, skinned, toasted, chopped fine
2 Tb orange zest, chopped
1 Tb lime zest, chopped
1/2 c flat-leaf parsley, chopped
2 lemons, juice of
2 lemons, zest of, chopped
1 Tb capers, fried crisp
6 Tb clarified sweet butter
6 Tb sweet butter for sauce

Mix breadcrumbs and 1 c hazelnuts with 1 Tb parsley, the
orange zest, and 1 Tb each of lime and lemon zest. Season.

Rinse fish under cold water and pat moderately dry.

Season flesh side of fish and evenly spread crumb mixture
over to form a crust.

Heat a nonstick pan on high and put 2 Tb clarified butter
in. Carefully place two fillets crust side down and cook
until golden brown. Flip and transfer skin side down to
an oiled baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining fillets.

Finish in a 375F oven for 6 min.

Heat hard butter until foamy and add remaining ingredients.
Cook until butter is golden and then immediately remove
from heat. Season.

Pour sauce over fish and serve.
