Not all "secondary" agendas work as hoped for... [g]   It sounds like
his being there did serve a purpose, if he cleared some of his "junk"
out of the house...  :)

Nope.  ;)   I can do it just fine myself...  [g]

You'd think.  But, I've found that for whatever reason, apple isn't an
allergy that people can remember... "Oh, right" is the response I get
when I remind again... but that's ok... it's a pretty weird one all the
same...  I just found out that a friend is allergic to spinach... she
may have told me before, but that's not easy to remember about either,
since it's so out of the norm...  :)

Hmmm.  I tend to stay away from all artificial sweeteners because I
developed that sort of reaction to saccherine... so far saccherine is
the only one that gives me migraines, but I'm not too sure I want to do
the same with other sweeteners..   Hadn't really tried stevia myself,
although I was buying it for MJ... perhaps I'll keep giving it a wide
berth...  ;)

It's useful to have the ingredients lists for foods (especially packaged
ones) handy... one never knows what someone else might be having to
avoid or be allergic to...

That's simply smart thinking..  :)   Especially if you need/want to have
some sort of portion control....  :)

Ah.  Don't think we've ever done anything specifically on Father's
Day... but some years, the June dinner had that sort of slant to it. 
June, however, is also graduation month...   I suspect that some would
argue that it is usually the ladies doing the work anyway... but that
isn't really the case at our church now, since there are a number of
guys that do some pretty good cooking for the dinners, not just the
women..  ;)
