The ad flyer will settle down to be about like the rest of those you
get. Just one more to compare against the others to see who has what for
the best price.

Folks will all flock there for a bit, then traffic will settle down as
they figure out if they want to shop there or not. Saw that when the
Aldi's opened up here.

Well worth buying gas there, especially since it's convenient to where
you work. If it were further away, it wouldn't have been so good a deal.

The folks in the town where my folks live were complaining about the
prices when Fresh Town replaced the A&P. It's the only grocery store in
town so they should be glad it's there. Steve and I didn't think the
prices were out of line compared to what we're paying in WF.

I know, we try to hit up several stores in Raleigh when we head down
there. Used to see a doctor down there, only a couple of miles from
Whole Foods so we usually hit them up as part of the trip. Now when we
go, we go to Jo-Ann Fabric, Trader Joe's, A.C. Moore, Comp USA, Whole
Foods................................but not the doctor.

Somebody saw a need and is filling it. A small grocery store (about 800
square feet) opened up in south Raleigh after a couple of Kroger's
closed recently. Small grocery is filling a much needed mission, keeping
the area from becoming a complete food desert.

Yes, and a lot of what they carry is in the line of canned goods and
other not as perishable foodstuffs. They are carrying bread and milk now
but are probably the only DG in the area to do so.
