I did a lot, canning and freezing, when we were first married... Did it
for quite a few years before things got too hectic with one thing and
another... and the putting up got sidetracked...

I'll have to try to remember to get one, I guess... Dunno if we'll be
going back to this particular campground again for sure, but there does
seem to be a fairly good likelihood of it... Apparently it's the only
state park that has the cabins and the tent/camper sites in close
proximity to each other...  I've no need of a diffuser normally, as I
have an electric stove that works just fine for me...
