I know - getting everyday useful information from some gummint documents is
about as satisfying as dipping soup with a fork.

When I worked for the Illinois Department of Agriculture I didn't do "busy
work" nor require my workers to do so. The regular bureaucraps couldn't seem to
get a grip on that attitude. I once told the director of the department that
when the work was all caught up we were going to do a Beetle Bailey.   Bv)=

Lots of stuff that causes problem for uncontrolled diabetics. One of the guys I
visit with at the truck stop is trying his best to get his diabetes under
control before the Secretary of State yanks his driving licence.

Just a little zippy. The peaches (or apricots) really set things off.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Hamburgers w/Peach Relish
 Categories: Beef, Fruits, Vegetables, Chilies
      Yield: 2 Servings

      1 md Ripe peach; peeled, halved
           - pitted
      1    Plum tomato; peeled, seeded
           - coarse chopped
      1 cl Garlic
      1 ts (rounded) minced jalapeno
    1/2 ts Sugar
    1/2 ts (to 1 ts) cider vinegar
           Salt & ground white pepper
      2    Hamburgers; cooked to taste
      2    Hamburger buns
           +=OR=+
      4 sl Pumpernickel bread

  Place peach, tomato, garlic and jalapeno pepper in food
  processor and process or mince by hand. Remove to bowl.
  Add sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Let stand
  while making hamburgers.

  Place hamburgers on buns. Top each with half the relish
  and serve immediately.

  Makes 2 servings.
