At least he did something... (G)   If he's already been hiring help to
do things it might not be as hard for him to accept getting help in the
house as it was for your dad... that could be a sorta back benefit here,
so to speak...  As for the house...  he's only been there 7 years,
then... most mortgages are at least for 10... often more...  but that
sort of thing could be worked out... after all, people move and have to
sell homes all the time...  ;)
