As in, even if they told you what the policy should cover, it might not
be accurate...?   That's not too good...

Then it would appear that it would be covered... de facto...?  ;) 
Actually, I haven't run into much that was questioned instead of
approved, except for my reflux meds, over the years...

The office probably does that routinely...  I'd not be surprised if
their thinking went something on the order of, patient more likely to
default than insurance, so better some than none...  besides, they
apparently agreed that the testing was of some value to them...

There you go... a diagnosis for their records...  ;)   Even if it wasn't
the sort of thing your brother really should want documented... ;)  I
must say, I'm agreeing with your assessment here... :)

I seem to have left behind most of my countercultural friends...
although I do also seem to pick up others along the way... ;)  Perhaps
I've always been the more weird one...  ;)
