Definately helpful to have my brother right across the street. He's at
Boy Scout camp for several weeks so Steve & I will fill in the gap by
cutting the grass, some meal fixing, grocery shopping, things like that.
I think his cleaning lady does his laundry.

I will; I've no idea of how meals are planned--if they take into account
the needs of a person or if they serve one or two generic choices and
rely on meds to handle issues or what. T'will be interesting to find
out.

OK, as long as you feel good about it. You tried your best; it wasn't
carried thru but you can't have regrets for what you did.

Sounds like her niece has quite a lot going on in her life right now.
