That would be an easy enough one to do, and with some adaptations, do
for Life Group.

Maybe a bit of flour or cornstarch as a thickener? I think most
commercial taco seasoning packages have some sort of thickening agent in
them.

 JK>     1 tomato, diced
 JK>     10 large roasted green chile peppers, seeded and chopped

I've got some home made salsa on hand, maybe try using some of that?
