The area churches all seemed to get into it here... besides, Rochester
is one of the official resettlement cities... we get refugees from
whichever wave is current.  :)

Pretty high percentage of Chinese and Vietnamese there... :)

At the beginning, that can be a large part of it...

But that is much more common a reason.

At least he was able to advance to some extent.  One might have thought
it possible to get documentary evidence from his university, even
without the actual diploma, though...  But maybe that university
wouldn't have passed muster, even if properly qualified actually... as
you say, chauvinism....
