You may know Brownberry as Arnold - when I went to their web site to see where
they were available in your area I was sent to http://arnoldbread.com/ which
looks identical to the Brownberry web site. You can get their product at Food
Giant, Wegmans, Food Lion, Target, Harris Teeter, and even at BJs. 

Pepperidge Farm began in Connecticut - with their first bakery in Norwalk. So,
they should be available anywhere on the Eastern seaboard you are likely to
shop. The company was founded by a lady seeking breads for her son who was
allergic to the preservatives in nearly all commercial breads at that time.

And they are available at Schnuk's, Country Market and my local Walgreen's.
I've just never noticed that their hot dogs (regular, lo-fat, or 97% fat-free)
are seven to the bundle - which is what their web site shows. I'd be more
likely to go for their 4 to the package Jumbo Franks. Full fat - as full fat
generally means full flavour to me. I also note down the bottom of their
"landing" web page the ConAgra Foods logo.
 
MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Sauteed Tuna Steak
 Categories: Breads, Seafood, Fruits, Vegetables
      Yield: 1 Sandwich

      1    Brownberry Sandwich Thins
           - 100% Whole Wheat roll
      3 oz Tuna steak
    1/3 c  Red onion; thin sliced
      1    Leaf green lettuce
      2 tb Mango salsa; (separate
           - recipe)
           Salt & pepper

  Season tuna steak with salt and pepper.

  Saute tuna steak over medium heat for two minutes on each
  side, and then remove from heat. Place lettuce on bottom
  half of Sandwich Thins roll, followed by the tuna steak,
  sliced onions, and mango salsa. Cover with top half of the
  Sandwich Thins roll and enjoy.
