Well, we do have some accumulation... but again it's because it's been so cold
nothing was melting.. over the weekend we probably got another 5 inches or
something like that.

Evening temps were the kind one would expect this time of year, after all... in
the 20/30's.. better than predicted, but the big drop is still to come towards
the end of week... I keep thinking this is so typical of February weather..
then all of a sudden everything will melt (I hope haha)

Hope it's something simple like a thermostat..

Understand that one...

I don't think they can.. but who knows.  We have the bills to show the septic
was fine (having it pumped out as necessary over the years) so I don't think
they can hurt us there.  I think the house where they were living before had
serious septic issues, so they wanted to make sure our house was ok.  But yeah,
I have to laugh at the idea of them living in the house now, using the septic
while they're "waiting" for the test.  If we had another seriously interested
buyer at the time, I would not have agreed to this. We did have one other
interested party, but not as serious as this one.

Well, I don't know that we get interest, we may... however the fact is _I_
can't spend it (yet) haha = savings (G)
