My freezer has enough of a variety of stuff that doing a new inventory
is the more practical way to go for me. One time it can have several
containers of (for example) pumpkin, then none the next few times I do a
defrosting. Then it'll appear again on several inventories in a row.
Also, things like prepared meal components change frequently so it's
overall easier to do new sheets every time I do an inventory.

Overall, the income covers all of the expenses of the business except
time spent. I keep my rates on the low side so as to be affordable to
those who need the work but don't have the income to pay custom sewing
rates.

Yes, but that card has either been cancelled or not used in probably 20
years or more.

Ice cream became a staple for my parents after all of us kids left home
and Mom broke both shoulders. Cooking and baking were harder, especially
doing things like rolling out cookie or pie doughs. The last few years
she was at home, I think they had half a dozen or more cartons of ice
cream in the freezers.

Definately. This kitchen has a much better layout for working than the
previous one did. Some of the little improvements have made a big
difference as well, but they're ones we couldn't have done in a rental
property.
