Can't do everything but have to see what the general consensus is for
things like the chicken or broccoli salad. We did the chicken tonight; I
marinaded it for about 28 hours before it went on the grill. It had a
lot more flavor than what we had at the restaurant; I only used the home
made marinade this time, will do the side by side test another time.

And, we will do a test, but later on. Tonight's was very good with the
home made, and long marinade time, even tho we had a flare up and the
skin burned.

Yes, the last few days have been crazy around here. Resettling from the
trip, family questions, etc, etc. But, things are settling down again
and getting more sensible. (G)
