Good thing somethig was available that was easily obtained. Sometimes
the sub can be just as (or more exotic) than the original ingredient.

We're using my old cutting mat as a backing/table protector for various
craft kit components for VBS. Don't want to have cookie cutters scratch
up the table. Other than that, the cutting boards are, for the time
being, resting just in back of the rack where all the other cutting
boards are. We need the heavier protection of the rotary cutter mat as
we make the various kit components--finished one VBS and have another
one to do in a couple of weeks.

Handy when you're out of eggs and don't want to run to the store at
