I don't watch the flickering glass teat at home - so, I am liable to give it
scant attention in a public venue. Newton Minow (Vast Wasteland) and Ernie
Kovacs were both correct ("Television - a medium. So called because it is
neither rare nor well-done.")

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Baked Whiting
 Categories: Seafood, Herbs, Dairy, Cheese, Breads
      Yield: 4 servings

      6    (1/2 lb ea) whiting; heads
           - removed
           Seasoned salt (Mrs Dash)
        ds Pepper
      1 c  Chopped parsley
    1/4 c  Butter; softened
    1/4 c  Whole milk
      1 ts Salt
    3/4 c  Toasted dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c  Grated Emmenthaler cheese
      3 tb Melted fat or oil
      1 lg Egg; beaten

  Clean, wash and dry fish; sprinkle inside w/salt and
  pepper. Add parsley to butter and mix thoroughly. Spread
  inside of each fish with approximately 1 TB parsley
  butter.

  Combine eeg, milk and salt. Combine bread crumbs and
  cheese. Dip each fish in egg mixture and roll in crumb
  mixture. Place on a 12" X 15" well-greased cookie sheet.

  Sprinkle remaining crumb/cheese mixture over top of
  fish. Bake in an extremely hot (500oF/260oC) for 10
  minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested.
