I got it mainly because it will sew on buttons and to patch the breaches in my
breeches.

I was always going to replace the knobs with levers. This has moved up the
schedule. I prefer the levers on the entry doors for a number of reasons -
mainly because if the hands are full one can open the door with an elbow or
prehensile toe.

I have given up on sugar/sweetner in coffee - and mostly in tea. Like Steve, if
I am at home I use honey if I want to sweeten the hot tea. Usually it's easier
to locate than a pink packet of sweetener.

      Title: Filets Of Cod - Cape Ann Style
 Categories: Seafood, Vegetables, Dairy, Citrus, Mushrooms
      Yield: 2 servings

      1 lb Cod
      2 tb Shallots
      6    Mushrooms; chopped
      2 tb White wine or white grape
           - juice
           Salt & pepper
           Parsley

MMMMM--------------------------SAUCE--------------------------------
     2 tb Flour
   1/2 c  Whole milk

MMMMM-------------------------GARNISH-------------------------------
          Lemon slices
          Cucumber balls
          Tomato wedges

  Arrange filets of cod in a buttered baking dish.
  Sprinkle with chopped mushroomds, parsley, salt and
  pepper. Moisten with white wine or juice. Bake in a
  350oF/175oC oven for 15 minutes, remove to a serving
  platter.

  Combine flour and milk with remaining juices. Cook,
  stirring, until sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.
  Pour over fish in serving platter. Garnish with lemon
  slices, cucumber balls, and tomato wedges.
