I like the KFC cole slaw as well but I also appreciate the business
policies of C-F-A. We've both in the area, as well as Bojangles and PDQ,
so no lack of places to get chicken. To get Popeye's, the nearest one is
in Raleigh, in an area we don't go to very often.

Yes, but we can be a pretty vocal minority, should the need to be so
arise.

It is still being made; I've bought it from time to time. I've also got
a recipe in my "More With Less" cookbook for home made "grape nuts".
BTW, the Pillsbury rye bread is the one I remember; it is close to (but
not quite) a pumpernickel. Now I'll try some of the others, to find a
lighter, "Jewish" rye. The rye I made yesterday had a nice texture, good
taste, again, thanks for hunting it down.
