I'm confident that gurus will make that suggestion. I can
hear Steve chiming in on this subject, for example.

Indeed it is. Relaxing environment, and the best sleep I
can get without being on an airplane.

One doesn't need frills, just basic cleanliness and a
roll of TP.

Shrimp Diabolo
cat: Singaporean, Italian, shellfish, main
servings: 4

2 Tb oil
1 onion
3 garlic cloves, crushed
120 ml dry white wine
250 g passata (sieved tomatoes)
450 g cooked peeled tiger prawns
1 Tb chili sauce or more to taste
2 ts worcestershire sauce

Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry the onion
for 5 min, or until softened and beginning to turn
golden. Add the garlic and fry for a few seconds.
Stir in the wine and let it bubble away for 1-2 min.
Stir in the passata and bring to the boil, stirring,
then reduce the heat and simmer 5 min, or until
reduced slightly. Add the prawns and stir until
piping hot (M says until warm). Do not overcook or
the prawns will become tough. Stir in the chili and
worcestershire sauce, and serve immediately.
