I'm not if favour of it myself. But, as we all know - stuff happens. I 
think the word you are looking for on the gloves is "nitrile". I was 
sure that my outfit had them in small size. Turns out I was wrong 
(again). But, if you're not allergic to latex we do stock a small latex 
disposable (I use them in my size when doing food prep for the public) 
and I have included a link with pricing/availability for Wake Forest.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Lemon Chess Pie
 Categories: Pies, Dairy, Citrus, Desserts
      Yield: 6 servings

      1    Unbaked 9" pie shell
      2 c  Sugar
      1 tb Flour
      1 tb Cornmeal
      4 lg Eggs
    1/4 c  Butter; melted
    1/4 c  Milk
      4 tb Fine grated lemon peel
    1/4 c  Lemon juice

  Combine sugar, flour and cornmeal in a large bowl. Toss
  lightly with fork to mix. Add eggs, butter, milk, lemon
  peel and lemon juice. Beat with rotary or electric beater
  until smooth and thoroughly blended. Pour into pie shell.

  Bake in moderate oven (350øF/175øC) 35 to 45 minutes or
  until top is golden brown. Cut pie while warm.

  Note: A thin layer of the filling originally was baked in
  tart shells. It's a strong-flavored filling, and should be
  shallow. A topping of unsweetened whipped cream takes away
  some of the potency of the filling.
