Very often I also have shortage of time, I understand. Especially in summer.
I think when people write paper letters they feel themselves more
comfortable.
It took many days for letter to reach the addressee. So, of course,  write
at any rate you can.

I think that using modern heat proof materials it is possible to winterize
any cottage even if it is "for summer only". In this winter the satellite
channel ARTE showed the life of people in Mongolian desert. The live in slim
nomad's tents, but the winterize them by camel's wool fabric. Then they put
inside small stove with a smoke tube. That's all; but they have frosts their
up to minus 40C with high speed winds.

We used to "car trailer". Especially after the feature film was shown on TV
(it was in USSR time) where several thieves (in the US of course) snatched
the bank armour vehicle and put it inside of car trailer (RV). Then they for
long time tried to crack it, but without success. It short they all died;
but since then all Russians knew what a car trailer is. ;-)

I think that if the lake is dangerous during hot days it is connected first
of all  with bacterial pollution.

But hardly in this time it is possible. Several tons of iron is more
valuable and profitable than the piece of technical art preserved like a
monument. But from other side we often see as awful modern art even painted
by monkey takes there places in museums.

Yes, a lot of materials on Esperanto was published in former USSR. For
example it was quite easy for me to buy Esperanto dictionary in the 198x.
But I want to repeat that Esperanto has chances when countries really have
the desire so that their people speak to each other. In USSR there was an
idealistic dream of world fraternity, but in reality they had to limit
conversation between people by political reason. So actually there was not
real ground for Esperanto at that time.
