You can also easily understand that in Moscow there are not many people who
are ready to protest against the situation. Journalists are so well paid
that it is almost crazy action for them to go against the system. Former
press-dissident Alexander Pozner looks like as a gorge fat cat, and
naturally I can understand him telling the stories how wonderfully and free
he feels himself in Moscow's supermarkets and how awfully it was during the
Soviet Era. If you want to write or speak about people you have to be one of
them! And to remember that a lot people of Russia forced to do heavy work
for a song (if compare with Moscow); to remember that those people who had
worked conscientiously 40-50 and more years now get so miserable pension
that without help from the children they doomed to miserable life or even
hunger - for the payings for flat and services now everywhere like in
Moscow. Young people now think that heavy work is only for fools; the state
propaganda, which praised formerly the Labour, vanished and now we see only
the propaganda to boost Russia achievements in sport. Now sport is Russian
honour. When on the radio you listen to the young sportsmen you hear "they
our future". And nobody in Russia ever thinking of now what is the original
meaning of "sport" and how shameful to spend life on it.

It is very easy. Many just repeating what you (the West) do. So the result
is
predictable. But in Russia, unfortunately, hardly many people remember the
proverb that it must be twenty sheep per wolf, and this is perfectly
applicable to the world economy. In addition Russia had never been a wolf.
Just because the mentality of Russian Orthodox people is different. So the
helmet turned by someone to the one side but the mass of people continues to
go to the other. The tension is growing. The final is either a capsizing of
the boat or a great turmoil.

We only are going to get such an "achievement" - I spend about 7 dollars for
a ride to Moscow by bus (a single return ticket - 47 mi).

A freshly paved road is a too cosy place for any bikeman. The main task is
how to get maximum impressions when riding anything you have at your
disposal. ;) You can compare, for example, a mini sportcart on the weaving
track and a usual automobile on the highway. At least I had an opportunity
to compare.
