Certainly not because they're lazy or quit school so they wouldn't have
enough education to get a job so they can stay off of welfare. Of course,
not all of them can be drug dealers or make cRap music records.

Statistically as seen above, blacks are more likely to be arrested for
crimes as are men more likely to be arrested than women.

To that extent, arrest rates are a good indication of actual criminal
behavior - and there is very strong evidence that blacks are much more
dangerous than whites as men are more dangerous than women.

If we feel more threatened by unknown men than by unknown women and are
justified in taking additional precautions against them, from a
statistical point of view, we're equally justified in making the same
distinctions between blacks and whites.

We do still have discrimination in this country, no doubt about that. But
then, you must also consider that a lot of blacks, Condi Rice and Collin
Powell, for example, are highly educated who have very high educational
credentials.

There must be a coorelation there somewhere between education and success
vs no education and poverty. The problem as I see it is that selling drugs
is more lucrative and the money more appealing than serving burgers at
McDonald's for less than minimum wage. Thus the school dropout rate,
joblessness and criminal activity for blacks.
