Oh jes I do-oooooo. And not when they're a pile on the floor either. Yet I do
not -really- know what "shinola" is (although of course I heard the term
before) nor am I sure I -want- to know.  Couldn't care less really.

We're not talking wood and band piles, but intact barrels... meaning the
structure intact, despite the condition of the materials... can, or cannot, an
empty barrel rattle. SHUT UP! But answer the question.

Say "no" without really thinking about it, then you are REALLY are an anal old
stubborn dog.  Think about it, and reply properly, and maybe, (just maybe), it
can be reasonably discussed.  That is NOT above you now, is it, oh wise and
educated one?

I wasn't "given" the asnwer (this isn't Jeapordy ya know), but thought about
it, formulated an oppinion, and solicited outside the echo if I was "on the
right track" via (oh that wonderful thing again) netmail...
a puzzle to me, and I wanted to solve it. I did, with the exception (I believe)
of my oppinion on barrels filled with solid material rather than liquid.  It
apears that the reason lies mostly with liquid filled barrels being emptied,
but atill supports the idea that empty barrels -can- rattle, and from what I
got, also get you drunk too if you're innovative enough ;>

****NEXT DEBATE*** Can an empty barrel get you drunk? ;>  Those rattle, and
still -hold- liquid too ;> Even though empty.

I still can't share the answers as it's not my place, and I ask -you- (as I
know you -can- figure things out) to please think on it and prove to us that
you're objective by just giving a big (WHADYAKNOW) when you discover the facts.
 You'll be better respected for it, and not viewed in such a stubborn old dog
light as you are now by jumping to a guys aid whose views on things have
already controdicted yours (even though -you- don't see it, yet jump to his
"aid" anyway).
