Oh?  Ya got mexicans over there? They'll work for dirt that no self respecting
man with any knowledge will.  If you don't have them, find some who'll work
that cheap... and remember... you get what you pay for, so don't blame anybody
when the "band-aid" breaks.  ;>  You get what you pay for.

$80 an hour for plumbing is CHEAP in this neck of the woods considering the
involvement of the city with it.  An average plumber charges 150 bucks to ring
your bell (charged as a serviuce call) before work commences, and then it's 125
an hour (plus parts after) with a 2 hour minimum.  Rightfuly so with what is
involved to become liscenced plumber here.

Hey... could probably get the job done for the price of a bumpy if somebody
trusts a crackhead to do their work... and then they have to remember that they
got what they paid for and the robbery a few days later of the home was to be
expected... that's the price of being cheap
and cutting corners rather than have a bonded pro do the job.
