Based on what I've read and answers when I asked.

Humm.  I thought he sent you a segment?  387 I think it was?  Granted without
the right information for you to do 'followup' (totally sensible of you to
require that which is why I said to Roy he should have them email you contact
information).  I wouldnt make a net without that either.

Yes, it's been awkward for sure.  I understand that.

I do not remember the specifics, just that it was later fixed up.  When I'm at
sea for long periods, my feeds are still good but I often cant find the time
to keep up fully.  Just enough for a 'gist'.

I'm not sure if he has real ones.  It's his job if he has, to provide you
sufficient information for you to validate them.  I gather they all were PVT
with no contact information.

I apologize.  Perhaps I got a little too upset and took out a stronger wording
than was merited.

I anticipate that this will take at least another week to resolve 'somehow' and
possibly longer than that, especially since he seems to want a net created but
hasnt provided you enough information for you to validate it.  You are in the
right there totally and I agree and would do same.
