     Held up? Held up for about 10 years. Wasn't it the UN inspectors that
pulled out of Iraq because they were not being allowed to do thr job?
When the inspectors finally got the opportunity to renter Iraq Hussein had
about 4 years to hide/dismantle/smuggle anything that he didn't want found.

    Bush was wrong for what he did. But the truth about WMD's may never
be known for sure. Except for those that have already decided because it's
convenient for them.

    Personally, I can't say for sure and I refuse to make a judgement based
on personal likes or dislikes.
