Most of these countries do not have the military intelligence capabilities it
requires to collect such information other than "nodding yes" when a US

Jordan? Egypt? Iran? Be serious ... and NATO is held hostage by the US,
including the (Dutch, or any) Secretary General.

The complete commercial fleet of Iraqi Airways, 17 planes, was grounded by the
UN's sanctions against the country and stored outside the country in Jordan.
 
The aircraft were not serviced and did not fly for over 10 years. 4 planes were
parked at Baghdad airport, all in a no-fly condition without engines. An
Ilyushin-76 Russian cargo plane, a Boeing 727-200, a Boeing 737-200 and a
smaller twin-engined turbo-prop plane without undercarriage.
 
Please note "without engines". These planes could not be serviced as there was
a UN ban on parts.
 
After the Gulf War an attempt was made to restart air service with an
Antonov-24 (a +/- 50-seater turboprop) but this was soon stopped because of UN
sanctions (Iraq could not operate fixed-wing aircraft [commercial, military nor
general aviation]). The only thing that flew there with an Iraqi registration
were military helicopters, allowed in the deal with Schwarzkopf and which
caused many civilian casualties.
 
A few hadj flights were carried-out with chartered aircraft but strict
adherence to "no fly" also halted this.
 
To be quite short ... there was no airlift capability to carry-out the nonsense
which you describe above. Any flight would have to be pre-approved by US
authorities, cleared by military controllers and monitored by constant presence
of AWACS.
 
Secret flights to transport WMDs out of the country in stripped civilian
aircraft?
 
What a joke.

So what about it? When I fulfilled my military service here in Belgium and
Germany we also had chemical suits and nerve gas antidote needles as part of
personal equipment. For the military, any military, that is normal equipment.

Yeah ... right ... you obviously have no clue what sarin is other than a few

Sure ... I also have chemical agents in my kitchen. Dishwashing liquid is a
chemical agent.
