That statement is, in and of itself, an opinion.  However, if you
insist that you have made no opinion, in so doing you are in effect
giving tacit approval to what North Korea has done.

It does not appear you have been "even handed" in discussing the issues
of North Korean justice or Menno Blom, either.  But then, regardless of
what viewpoint one expresses, it will be a biased viewpoint.  Nobody can
get around that.  Not even the best journalist or reporter in the world.

Either you agree with what North Korea has done in regards to the two
journalists being held in captivity, or you do not agree with what North
Korea has done.  Remaining silent in the matter is giving tacit approval
to what North Korea has done, just as those who remained silent in
regards to what the USA has done in regards to "enemy combatants" being
held at Gitmo.

The above quote are your own words to Michiel concerning the issues
of North Korea and Menno Blom.  Both issues are political in nature.
