Neither would that be discrimination...that would be a determination based
on skill and/or knowledge, or the lack of it.

Right you are there. One with a higher education than the riff raff you
must run with, who call it discrimination.

You talk like a chemically imbalanced person will go off their rocker in
the flash of an instant...from sane to crazy...it's a longer process than
that. Sometimes it takes weeks to manifest itself to the point where even
a professional could recognize it happening.

My first 3 years of experience with it proved that.
