Nope - no boots necessary. Most of Bjorn's editing attempts have been made
while wearing soft soled shoes.

Please cite one instance where Bjorn's personal views have coloured behaviour
as moderator of this echo.

Why? If he cannot get people to behave themselves here, why should he be
exempted from the "free-for-all"? We do not have children in this echo - the
posters know what is expected of them (by you), they don't need some damned
euro show them how to behave.

Maybe the posters don't agree en masse with your opinion of how this echo
should be.....

Couldn't it just be that his view of moderator duties differ from yours? Could
it be that he feels he doesn't need the sysops' respect for him - as they
obviously have no respect for themselves.

Did you ask if they'd EVER had moderator mail from him, or just in that
specific instance? If he was finding it necessary to continually send an
indivudual repeat messages to no avail, it seems sensible that he would
refrain.

Maybe he only chides his those he knows will respond positively? Common sense
suggests one is going to stop asking people to do things if they won't.

No-one has any moderating abilities over anyone else but themselves. Only the
individual can do the actual modertation.

It could well be that his sense of what is proper does not coincide with yours.
