wrong... P$ and EP1 were developed for the explicit means of total control over
the network and ensuring that control by the implementation and use of the "old
boys club" methods...

P4 was adopted in the manner which was denoted by P4 that it would be adopted
or not... evidently Z2 was outvoted by the rest of the network...

obviously there were already problems in Z2's layout that were incorrect and
obviously needed fixing... that's not P4's fault nor the fault of those who
wrote it... it is the fault of those *Cs that did it and let it happen...

no one zone has done such WRT P4... the entire network voted on it... if you
didn't vote or your vote counter cast a vote opposite of the total that was
received, then that's a problem with that vote counter and THEY are the ones
that you should bitch at and you should have done so back at that time as well
as kicking them out from under that HAT that they were wearing...

why do you think it is NOT in effect here in Z1?? i can tell you that that was
definitely one of the reasons why many didn't want it in place... you guys over
there should have just said no as well... oh! but wait! it was put into force
in Z2 by edict! damn... what about that freedom thing you guys say you
have/had??? edict? that's definitely NOT a vote selection... seems that maybe
you guys should have been MORE involved in the fidonet politics over there
instead of keeping your heads buried and then whining about the way YOU let
things get today...

YOU did it to yourselves by allowing those HATS to RULE you and tell you what
to do... you made your bed now enjoy it...
