You can never appease a bully.  Neville Chamberlain found that out,
just prior to WWII.  Winston Churchill tried to warn everybody, but
nobody would listen.  Until it was too late.  Way too late.

It was a mistake for you to have done what you did.  But nothing
you do now can change the past.  But you can lead, by moving forward.
And that means to ditch your so-called "gentleman's agreement", and
take over this echo as SOLE MODERATOR, leaving no doubt to anyone as
to who is in charge.

You cannot negotiate with bullies any more than you can negotiate
with terrorists.  All bullies are interested in is bullying others
into submission.  All terrorists are interested in is terrorizing.

Ross Cassell is nothing.  What he offers you is a feed from Zone 1.
There are other feeds that you can go with.  And be better off for
it.  You see, along with that feed (by Ross) is a threat.  A threat
to remove that feed so he can blackmail you into submission.  That
is what bullies do.  And like all bullies, Ross Cassell has his
benefactor - Janis Kracht.

The only way to remove the threat is to remove the problem.
And what is the problem?  Ross Cassell himself.  Without her
tool, Janis Kracht will have nothing to use as a sledgehammer
against folks she does not like.  And Ross Cassell will be
left crying in the dust.

What a pity.  Janis Kracht will have to content herself with
being "moderator" of the fidogazette.  And Ross Cassell will have
to content himself with playing second banana to a woman.

So what's the deal?  You wanna be the moderator, start acting like
one.  Everything above board, no hidden agendas.  Full transparency
in  fidoland.  In ALL zones.  How about it?
