However, P4 doesn't matter, because it is ignored.  The same as all
other Fidonet policy.  As such, Ross Cassell and his Ice Queen can
continue doing whatever the hell they want, whenever they want, for
as long as they want.

Not only the moderator, but any individual who "does not have a node
number of his/her own".  However, the problem becomes worse when that
individual is a victim of a vast right-wing conspiracy...

There is absolutely no question that I am "extremely unpopular"
with a certain individual you know only all too well -

As you know, I have ignored Ross' taunt, given that he is NOT (and
never has been) the moderator of the Fidonews echo.  Björn also chose
to ignore Ross' taunt.

Ross Cassell's taunt was not only hateful, but also extremely
anti-American.  His comments about the late Wayne Chirnside were
even worse.

Björn Felten has long since ditched any "gentleman's agreement"
he may have had with Ross Cassell, and has invited ALL (regardless
of zone) who wish to participate in the Fidonews echo to do so.

Shame on those who have supported (and continue to support) the
antics of Ross Cassell.  Especially the Ice Queen, who has shown
her love and affection for what that sick bastard has done to
this echo and to this network.

This war has only just begun.  And with you being second in command,
we are sure to win.  So how about it, Captain Jack?  Yes, I know who
you really are, and where you are from (Captain Jack Harkness, the
man who cannot die, from the magical island of Torchwood).  Are you
game?
