I've used both local and UTC off and on over the years.

That was the confusing part for me. When it's ZMH in Europe and I'm using
a CST clock, what time is ZMH in Europe in CST time? Seven hours ago or
seven hours from now? To hell with it, set the clock at UTC and be done
with all that figuring.

I use the web interface to update the PC, but my CST analog clock is 3
minutes slow and needs a reset. One of these days.
