Sorry, but due to the many loud whines he made in that regard, he was
coddled as editor so that he'd continue in the job capacity until such
time as he could be replaced or left Fidonet, whichever came first. He
already  had one foot out the door when policy 4.07 came along and he also
bitched about that as well. He was basically ignored in regards to
everything he bitched about.

I did! But I was merely one voice among many who were all for violating
policy.

Ahhh, but he was. As the IC, it was incumbant upon him to keep the ball
rolling, even if he didn't want to see policy changed. Which he didn't.

You can get a copy from her BBS. Its also available on her website. Dunno
about the other two, but I would imagine that they also carry it for their
own downlinks. Now you'll bitch because the copies available have content,
while the one you WANT her to carry are MT!
